1. W HAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER YOU AND ON WHAT CONDITIONS ?

We offer insurance distribution services which consist of providing advice on insurance contracts, proposing insurance contracts or carrying out other preparatory work for their conclusion, entering into such contracts, or contributing to their management and execution, particularly in the event of a disaster. We offer our services for risks located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg but also, under the freedom of provision of services, in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Sweden and Czechia.

Our distribution and advisory services are completely independent. Due to our status as a broker, we work independently of any insurance company and we act to preserve your interests, advising you on solutions that meet your needs and representing you with insurance companies.

In accordance with the law of 7 December 2015 on the insurance sector, when we distribute an insurance contract to a client with his habitual residence / establishment in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we always provide advice, unless you waive it expressly. This advice is based on an impartial and personalized analysis, that is to say based on the analysis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts offered on the market so as to be able to recommend the insurance contract to you in a personalized manner. insurance that is tailored to your needs.

When we distribute an insurance contract to a client whose habitual residence/establishment is outside the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, depending on the legislation of the country of residence, we choose by mutual agreement whether or not to provide you with advice. If the choice is to provide you with advice, we base ourselves as far as possible on an impartial and personalized analysis.


2. P OSSIBLE C ONTESTATIONS

Without prejudice to your right to take legal action, in the event of a possible problem, question, complaint or dispute, you can contact us directly and as a priority via one of the means of communication listed above. So that complaints can be processed as quickly as possible, be sure to include at least the following information:

 first and last name;

 full postal address;

 telephone and/or electronic contact details;

 number of the insurance contract concerned (or at least the type of insurance and/or the insurance company).

If, despite our efforts to resolve the problem, no solution can be found or if, in general, you wish to file a complaint concerning the service provided, you can contact the Insurance Commission, the body authorized to receive and examine complaints from consumers in accordance with article 2, (1), litera g , of the law of December 7, 2015 on the insurance sector:

3.  OUR GUARANTEE OF INDEPENDENCE

We confirm here:

 that we do not hold a stake, direct or indirect, representing 10% or more of the voting rights or capital of an insurance company;

 that no insurance company or parent company of an insurance company holds a stake, direct or indirect, representing 10% or more of our voting rights or our capital.

 that we have not entered into any service provision contract with an insurance company going beyond the insurance distribution activity.


4.  H OW ARE WE PAID FOR THE SERVICES WE OFFER ?

For insurance distribution services provided in connection with an insurance contract, we are paid:

1. in the form of commissions paid by insurance companies and included in the insurance premium

2. and possibly if research and study are requested beforehand and which require unusual work, we also request remuneration in the form of fees, i.e. remuneration paid directly by you.

The amount of fees we receive is €125 per hour including VAT including 20% ​​deposit based on an estimated quote.

The final invoice will be established and due after completion of the services and presentation of the report.

If the remuneration is composed of the 2 points above and provided that the Client opts for one of the solutions presented by the Advisor and accepts the remuneration, the latter will compensate the invoice with a rebate on the entry fees to the extent of the possible.

Any additional information on our remuneration system can be obtained upon simple request.


5.  THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS IMPORTANT TO US

For more information in particular on the type of personal data that we process, the purposes of this processing and your rights in relation to this. 

In accordance with the Privacy Notice, you agree to the processing:

By consulting our site, you:

 acknowledge having read and understood the general brokerage conditions, the Privacy Notice and the conflicts of interest management document available on our website;

 accept the general conditions of brokerage (including the liability regime provided for in article 7) and acknowledge having read your right of withdrawal and the conditions thereof (provided for in article 8 of the general conditions of brokerage);

 expressly exempt us from our obligations regarding professional secrecy, under the conditions defined in article 5.3 of the general brokerage conditions;

 give us authorization to obtain personalized offers for you from several insurance companies;

 authorize us to represent you with the company issuing the insurance or capitalization contract that you may choose;

 guarantee the lawful and legitimate origin of all funds which will be used to pay premiums, as well as compliance with the tax obligations arising for you from the subscription of insurance contracts in the country of your tax residence.
